(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as
follows:
(a) MERLE BORDON purchased a BARRINGTON MOBILE
HOME from Lakeside Mobile Home Park on August 5, 1975.
(b) The Mobile Home had been manufactured by
BARRINGTON MOBILE HOMES OF FLORtDA, INC. and sold to I,akeside
Mobile Home Park.
(c) The Mobile Home was destroyed by fire on October
3, 1976 .
(d) MERLE BORDON took possession on or about
September 25, 1975.
(e) MERLE BORDON was insured by Nationwide Mutual
Insurance Company.
