and materiality
(a) The Motion to .Amend the Complaint is granted and the
Third Amended Complaint stands Amended as moved at Pre-Trial
Conference.
(b) This cause shall not be heard pr-or to the morning
of January 8, 1981.
(c) Defendants, BARRINGTON MOBILE HOMES OF FLORIDA, INC.
and ROYAL GLOBE INSRUANCE COMPANY, shall have the right to conduct
discovery pertaining to the matters contained in the Amendment to
the Complaint within two (2) days of the date of trial.
(d) Plaintiff, NATIONWIDE, shall have ten (10) days to
produce its adjusting file to counsel of record.
(e) The issue of entitlement and amount of attorneys'
fees, that may be awarded to Plaintiff's counsel shall be severed.

(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be cal~ed out of turn by either
