of St. Lucie County, Florida, run Southeasterly 260.28 feet along East right-of-way
line of Seventh Court to a point on the Range line or reference line set forth on
survey of N.J. Schoepfer, R.L.S. dated May 7, 1980. Then on a deflection angle to
