THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the following
Motions: Defendants' Kroehler Manufacturing and Murphy N:iller, Inc.'s
Objection to Plaintiffs' l~iotion tb Set Cause for Trial, Defendant
Kroehler Manufacturing Company and Murphy Mi11er, Inc.'s Objections
to Plaintiffs' Request to Produce, and by agreement of counsel the
Defendant Kroehler Manufacturing Company, Murphy I~iiller, Inc., and
Plastic Industries Inc. Motions to Strike Count 8 having to do
with punitive damages and Count 5 having to do with strict liability.
After hearing arguinent by counsel it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

l. By agreenent of all counsel, this matter is stricken from ~

the trial docket of 2sarch 30, 1981 and ~vill be set as the number 1
case on the first available trial docket in June of 1981. It was stated
by all counsel that this case would take approximately five (5) days to
complete.
2. With regard to the Defendant Kroehler Manufacturing Company's
and Murphy Miller, Inc.'s objections to Plaintiff's request to produce
net worth statements and/or financial affidavits, said abjections are
overruled and the Defendants Kroehler Manufacturing Company and Murphy
t4iller, Tnc. shall produce the last net worth state~ents and/or financial
affidavits within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order.
