3. With regard to Defendants Kroehler Manufacturing Company,
Murphy Miller, Inc. and Plastic Industries, Inc. motion to strike the
count for punitive damages, it is denied.
4. With regard to Defendants KroehleY Manufacturing Company,
Murphy Miller, Inc. and Plastic Industries, Inc. motion to strike
the count for strict liability, it is denied, however, the Court
is requiring that there be knowledge by these Defendants which would
make a chair unreasonably dangerous. .
