PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the /~ ~ day of December; 1980~
between DANIEL C. FRARO, as Personal Representative of the Estate of J
CORNELIUS F, FRARO, Deceased, party of the first part, and RAYMOND E. ~ y
WILGIS and VERA E. WILGIS, his wife, party of the second part, whose ''r

W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of A
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, /l
bargains, sells, aliens~ remises, releases, conveys, and confirms to
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida~ described as:
Lot 5, Block 4, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT 1, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 51
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Sub~ect to ad valorem taxes for the year 1980
and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments~
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part~ their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND Che party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second uart, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.

~ Grantor herein by execution and delivery of this Deed
certifies that CORNELIUS F. FRARO and JANE R. FRARO, his wife, were
continuously married to each other from a date prior to March 14,1959,
;until the date of her death on September 9, 1979.
