JAMES N. HUNDLEY, Husband

CAROL L. HUNDLEY, Wife
ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard on the Wife's Motion for Order
of Contempt and the Court having heard testimony of the respective
parties and argument of counsel for each of the parties and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Husband, James N. Hundley, is in arrears in his
payments to the Wife for child support the sum of $450.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, Carol L. Hundley,
the sum of $450 arrearage within thirty days from the date of this
Order.
3. In the event the Husband fails to make said.payment
within thirty days he shall then present himself to this Court for
sentencing thereon.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this Z3 day of December,
1980.
