ERIC VON BERGAMYER, Husband
and
TERESA CHEATHAM BERGAMYER, Wife
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon that portion of the
Wife's Petition seeking temporary custody of the minor child, LUKE
BERGAMYER, and the Court having heard the stipulation of the parties
hereto and their counsel of record and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The temporary care and custody of the minor child,
LUKE BERGAMYER, is awarded to the Wife, TERESA CHEATHAM BERGAMYER,
granting unto the Husband, ERIC VON BERGAMYER, reasonable rights of
visitation.
2. The Husband shall have the right to have the minor
child visit and be with him away from the residence of the Wife on
Saturday of each week from three-thirty p.m. until Sunday afternoon
at five o'clock p.m., on Tuesdays of each week from five p.m. until
Wednesday morning at seven a.m., and on Thursdays of each week from
five p.m. until Friday morning at seven a.m. The visitation rights
hereinabove set out shall commence with Thursday, December 25, 1980
and the other week days thereafter.
3. The Husband shall be responsible for the transporta-
tion of the minor child to and from the residence of the Wife.
4. The Husband, ERIC VON BERGAMYER, shall deliver over
the child to the Wife, TERESA CHEATHAM BERGAMYER, at three p.m.
on December 23, 1980at Indiantown, Florida. The Wife shall be
