FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the Supplemental Complaint for Modification filed by the
Petitioner and finding that it has jurisdiction of the parties and
that there has been a substantial change in circumstances since a Final
Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage~between these parties was entered
on September 17, 1979, and that it is in the best interest of the child,
REGINA RENA LLOYD, that a Modification of said Final Judgmer.t be made,
and that SAMUEL LLOYD be awarded custody of her, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. MODIFICATION OF FINAL JUDGMENT: That the Final Judqment
of Dissolution of Marriage between CATHY LLOYD, Wife and SAMUEL LLOYD,
Husband, be and is hereby ordered modified as set forth in this Final
Judgment.
2. CUSTODY: That SAMUEL LLOYD is a fit and proper person to
have custody of the minor child, REGINA RENA LLOYD, and permanent custody
of REGINA RENA LLOYD and it be, and is hereby ordered awarded to SAMUEL
LLOYD, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to CAHTY LLOYD.
3. RETENTION OF JURISDI~TiON: That this Court reserves
jurisdiction to determine any and all issues regarding support of said
minor child and to enter such orders as it deems just equitable and proper.
