HomeMy WebLinkAbout1687RBCEIPT~ ACKNOWLEDGMENT~ ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCB OF PURCNASER ,~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, ackna+ledges that this : purchase oP a condominium unit at OCBAN VILLAGB OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect ~ ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiuo as to the condominiwn in ' which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim- ~~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condaniniun or re- ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, ` the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales ~~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purehased by purchaser, and all Amendments ~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits artd the Artlcles of In~orporation, By-Laxs and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mers '- Association; and Purchaser further ackno+~ledges receipt of and reading and ` examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget~ sales brochure and floor ~ plan, and aeknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- ~ tlal, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property : and is in the best interests and for the benetYt of all the or+ners therein. ~. Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedesoribed Condominium coven- ~- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and '~ Sx~hibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's ~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oimer's Association ~~ has encumbered and impressed a lie~ upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the :~ Property Ormer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms ~,'; that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and ~~~ the conmon expenses and the sums due under the.Property O~mer's Association and ;- other eharges are estimated only.
