WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMtTF.D, INC., a Delawace
cocporati,on authocized to tran^•aet business in the State oi Florida, hereinc~fter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto THE F1RST NATIONAI. BANK OF Cll[CAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter ealled "Mortgagee" and its Assigns, the premises and property therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
Mortgage given by IIUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., as
Mortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Book 332, at Page 1703, in the
Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (;12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Officiel Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Seles Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded i~ Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of said cbcuments filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Flocida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, betwcen said parties; and
~VHEREAS, the said Mortgage hes reque~ted the said Mortgagee to
rclease tiie premises end other property hereinafter described, being r~ part of said
Mortguge, and encumbered premises, from -the liens and operation of said Moctgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KN01V YE, that the . said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other gond
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns that certaiA portion of the premises conveyed
by said Mortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
follows:

Declaration of Condominium recorded July 15, 1980,
in Official Records Book 334, at Page 2451, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flor~da.

said 117ortgagor, its successors a~td as.signs forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage and e•: ery part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained s~~all in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, li'en or encumbr~~nce of the aforesaid :1lortgage nnd other liens
referred to above on the ren~aining prop^rty ~f said mort~-aged premises, not
hereby released theref.•om, or any of the rights s~nd remedies of the holder thereof.
