(1) Regularly amortized interest and principal payments.
(2) City andjor oouniy taxes when paid by the payee herein.
(3) Insurance premiums wfien psid by the payee herein.
(4) Senior mortgage payments when paid by the payee herein.

Each installment first shal) be appiied in the peyment of the interest and fhen on the unpaid bal-
ance of the principal aum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the
option of the holder, and witfiout any ather notioe, ail the remaining installments shall be due and payable at
once. Privilege ia given to pay two or more installments at any installment msturity date, but this :hsll
not extend the time ~of maturity of any wbsequent insta{Iment. Neitfier forbearance, nor acceptanae by
the holder hereof after any default in any payment hereo~, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and enclorsar hereof, jointly a~d severaNy, waives demand, presentment,
protest and notioe of protest for nonpayment, and further agrees to any extens'wn of time of payment,
either before or eHer maturity, witlwuf notice to any of us; and to pay all cost: ~ o~llection, including a
