ment of the Propeny. have ihe right to collect and retain such rents as they become due and payable.

receiver appointed by a cokn to enter upon, take posxssion of a~d manage ~he Property and to collect the ~ents of the
Property. including those past due. All rents collected by Ihe receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
manageme~t ot thc Property and coltection of rents, including, but nw limited to. receiver's fees, premiums on rcceiver's

only for those ronts actually rcceived.
2I. Future Advaacea. Upo~ request by Borrower, I.ender, at Lender's option within tweniy years from thc date of this
titortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Futurc Advances, with interat thercon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage whe~ evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
