Purctzaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase oP a condominium unit at OCBAN VILLAGS OF HUTCHINSON ISI.AND is sub3ect
ir. every respect to the Declaratiori of Condominium as to the ~ondominium in
Whieh his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condaniniun or re-
ferred to therein), the By-Lar+s of the Association, Articles of Iacorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser~ and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Bxhibits and the Articles of Incorporation.
By-Laas and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknarledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial~ to the successful operation and management~of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the ormers therein.
Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomini~ coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiim and Exhibits•
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment.under the Property Ormer's
Association doc~nents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnor-ledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oimer's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the
Property Owr-er's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Ormer's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No rrarranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
