WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITF.D, lNC., a Delaware
corporation euthorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following•described documents granted and conveyed
unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, the premises ~nd property therein
particularly dese~ibed to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with intecest theceon:
Mortgage given by HUTCNINSON ISLAND LIMITF.D, 1NC., as
Mortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Book 332, et Pnge 1703, in the.
Public Records of St. Lucie County, rlorida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (512,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Offieial Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of sRid documents filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Seeretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said parties; and
~VHEREAS, the said 6~ortgage has requested the said Mortgagee to
release tf~e premises and other property hereina°ter described, being a part of said
`lortgage, und encumbered premises, from the liens and o~eration of said tl4ortgage
and other liens;
NO-W, THEREFORE, KNOtY YE, that the . said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) and othet good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
b'Iortgagor, its successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said Mortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
