Judgment/Order of this Court entered oa the 19th day of October , 197 6,

including Court Costs, it is
ORDERSD AND ADJ~GSD that for such failure he ataads in contmpt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contespt by hereafter paying the $ 3,850.00
arrearage at the rate of $ 10.~~0 per week, each and every veek. These paymeata
to be in addition to the regular $ 20.00 p~r week c6ild support paysenta pro-
vided for above, making a total payQent of 530.00 ~ per veek, plus the statutory
Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money oiderlpay-
ments to commence this December 19, 1~80.
If Respondent CARLIE WALTER SPIVEY doea no[ purge himself of his contempt as
