ORDER

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on December 23, 1980,
upon husband's Petition to Enforce an Illinois Child Custody Decree~
and the Court having reviewed the record and certified copies of
the Illinois Decree; and having heard the arguments of counsel, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
9RDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Illinois decree dated AuRust 22, 1978 and the Petition
and the Order dated October 28, 1980
and Stipulation dated October 22, 1980/modifying the decree, are
recognized as valid and enforcible in the State of Florida.
2. Petitioner husband shall have visitation with the minor children
of the parties from Dece~er 24th through December 30th of this year
and each year thereafter, and wife is ordered to comply with this
visitation.
3. Husband's visitation is sub~ect to any medical problems
affecting the minor child, Tory J. Mills; if husband loses any visitation
because of inedical problems, said time shall be made up in the Spring.
4. The Court reserves jurisdiction to award reasonable attomeys'
fees and costs as may be appropriate upon proper application, and to
enter any such further orders as may be necessary.
