1980, on the Husband's Petitio~n for Writ of Habeas Carpus am~d the Courrt having

apprised of the medi~cal ooanditian of the minor child by telephane caYVersatio~n
with the child's physician, DR. II~CH VArN, M, D, , and being othexwise fully
advised in the premises it is hereupat
