corporation authorixed to trans~et business in the State of Florida, hereino~fter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described ciocuments pranted and conveyed
unto THE F1RST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and property therein
particularly des~ribed to secure the payment of the surn of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
A9ortgage given by NUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED. INC., as
Mortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NAT[ONAL BANK OF CIIICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Reeord Book 332, at Page 1703, in ~the
Public Records of St. Lueie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (512,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Reeord Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Stetement recorded in O[ficial Recocd
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of said documents filed in the Publie Reeords of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between ~aid parties; and
WHERF.AS, the said Mortgage has requested the said Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
14ortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said Mortgr~ge
and other liens;

consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand pa'rcl by or on behalf of the said mortga~or
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hcreb_y acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and disci~arge from the lien and
operation of said A9ortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns ttiat ccrtain portion of the premises conveyed
by said 1~lortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
follows:

Declaration of Condominium recorded July 15, 1980,
in Official Records Book 334. at Page 2451, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Floride.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with thc eppurtenances, unto the
said 19ortga~or, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said iVlortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in enywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, li'en or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortgaged premises, not
hereby released therefrom., or any of the ri~hts and remedies of the holder thereof.
