WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DCL'.ARS (=10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by Grantee, the receipt Whereof is hereby acicnowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever~ the folloWing describ-
ed raal property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to Wit:
Condominium Parcel No. ?413, of CATAMARAN II, a Condominium~ according to the
Declaration of Condominiusn thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 334,
at Page 2451, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This conveyance is sub~ect to and by accepting this Deed~ Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
aatters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of
:he same.
3. Ti~e Dec2aration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-LaWS, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property O~mer's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of Whieh documents run With the land.
The ~rantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Oamer's
Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully Frarrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, laWfully elaiming by,
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same against the laWful claims of
such persons claiming by~ through, or under said Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., has caused this Deed to be
executed by its Vice President and its corporate seal affixed hereto pursuant
to a resolution heretofore adopted by its Board of Directors.
