which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto~ including but not lim-

`'~ ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
~ the Rules and Regulations~ copy of pro3ected operating budget~ copy of sales
~ brochure and floor plan of apartment pur~hased by purehaser, and all Amendments
~r~j to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Ineorporation~
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oxners
•- Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
: plan~ and acknoWledges that each and every provision of the fore~;oing is essen-
~~ ttal~ to the successful operation and management of the Condominium~ property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oMmers therein.
:. Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
- Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
' all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
~; attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~mer's
. Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle~ fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
` has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purehaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrict3ons, and said Purchaser'assumes the obligations as to the
Y Property O~+ner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominii,nm and Exhibits attached thereto, and
--, the common expenses and the sums due under the Property OMmer's Association and
-~ other eharges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or
~ guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
