WHER6AS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, 1NC., a Delaware
corporation authocized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgegor," by the followIng deseribed documents granted and conveyed
unto THB FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, e nstional banking association,
hereinaftec called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and pcoperty therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
Mortgage given by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., as
Mortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Officiel Record Book 332, at _Page 1703, in the
Public Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (s12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Officiel Recocd 8ook 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recocded in Ofiicial Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in O[ficial Record
Book 332, at Pege 1721, all of said documents filed in the Public ftecords of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Finaneing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said pacties; and
W HER BAS, the said ~lortgage has requested lhe said 1~Iortgagee to
release the premises and other propecty hereinafter descrii~ed, being a part of said
Mortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operat~on of said Mortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (at0.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortg::gor
at the time of the exectttion hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
opecation of said Mortgage and other l~ens referred to above unto the said
Mortgagoc, its successors and assigr~s that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said Mortgage, and other lier~ referred to above more particularly described as
follows:

PHASE B, a Condominium, accocding to the
Deelaration of Condominium recorded July 15, 1980,
in Offieial Records Book 334, at Page 2451, of tne
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said ~lortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage and every pert thereof; provided
elways, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter oc
diminish the effect, lien oc encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgege and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortgaged premises, not
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights an~ remedies of the holder thereof.
