3. The maturity of the Promissory Note and the Mortgage securing same both
dated March 13, 1980, shall be June 13, 1981, rather than Oecember 13, 1980, as
originally provided in said Note and Mortgage.
4. All of the terms of the Note and Mortgage being modified and amended
hereby and not in conflict herewith shall remain in full fiorce and effect.
5. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns
of the parties hereto and shall be construed and enforced i~ accordance with the
Laws of the State of Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagor has hereunto set its hand and seal this
