JOINT STIPULATION
Petitioner, WZLLIAM REITH FORD, and respondent,~ELLEN SBAW
SUTHERLAND, f/k/a ELLEN SHAW FORD, do hereby stipulate as follows:
1. The mother shall have custody of the minor child of
the parties from 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 27, 1980, until
6:00 P.M. Sunday, January 4, 1981. Thereafter, pending disposition
of the husband's Motion for Modification, or until further order
of this court, the mother shall have custody of the minor child
from 6:00 P.M. Friday until 6:00 P.M. Sunday on alternate weekends,
commencing Friday, January 17, 1981.
2. Pending disposition of the husband's Petition for Mo-
dification, or until further order of this court, the minor child
of the parties shall remain in her current school, the Delaware
School, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and shall maintain h~r pr~~enr
resid~nce during t~zar timz.
3. Neither party shall remove the child from the State of
Florida.
