in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the order entered by this court on December 19,
1980, be and the same is hereby vacated.
2. The mother shall have custody of the minor child of
the parties from 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 27, 1980, until
6:00 P.M. Sunday, January 4, 1981. Thereafter, pending disposition
of the husband's Petition for Modification, or until further order
of this court, the mother shall have custody of the minor child
from 6:00 P.M. Friday until 6:00 P.M. Sunday, on alternate weekends
commencinq Friday, January 16, 1981.
3. Pending disposition of the husband's Petition for Mo-
dification, or until further order of this court, the minor child
of the parties shall remain in her current school, the Delaware
School, in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. Both parties in this cause are hereby enjoined from
removinq the child from the State of Florida.
DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Florida, this 23rd day of
December, 1980.
