COMES NOW the undersigned Assistant State Attorney of the -19th
Judicial Circuit of Florida, and shows unto the Court that the Respondent
is now residing outside the jurisdiction of St. Lucie County, and is
residing at Route 4, Box 155-B, Christensen Road, Orlando, in Oranqe
County, Florida. Therefore, it is respectfully moved that the Clerk
of Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, be instructed to transfer
the entire original file on this matter to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Orange County, Orlando, Florida.
