ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before t~ie Court that WILLIAM
L. SEAY has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as
required by the Order of this Court entered on the 20th day of February,
1980, and is, as of December 15, 1980, in arrears $700.00, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in con-
tempt of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by here-
after paying the 5700.00'arrearage at the rate of $600.00 on or before
January 30, 1981, and the balance of $100.00 on or before March 30, 1981.
These payments are to be in addition to the regular $100.00 per month
support payments, commencing January 15, 1981, plus the Statutory Clerk's
fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, by cashier's check or money
order. If Respondent, WILLIAM L. SEAY, does not purge himself of this
contempt as provided above, he shall be required, upon written affidavit
of the Petitioner, to serve sixty (60) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is re-
tained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
