THIS CAUSE coming on for further hearing on the 15th day
of December, 1980, upon Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause, Respondent
being present in court and the Court being advised in the premises,
it is,
ORDERED AN~ ADJUDGED that twenty-orre (21) paymen~s have
come due through December 12, 1980, under the Order of ~hi~ Lourt
dated July 18, 1980, for a total due of $1,050.00 ~s cur.rent support
and $210.00 to be applied to arrears of $2,188.25. This Contt finds
that Respondent erroneously made eleven (11) pay~ments to the Clerk
of Circuit Court in Martin County, Florida, rather than to the Clerk
of Circuit Court in St. Lucie County, Florida, as required by the
Order of July 18, 1980, and therefore should be given credit of
$550.00 toward current support and $110.04 toward arrears, in addition
to those sums paid to the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being $150.00 toward current support and $30.00 toward arrears.
In addition, this Court finds that the minor children for whom support
is paid were with Respondent from approximately the second week of
July, 1980, to the end of August, 1980, and Respondent is given an
additional credit of $300.00. Based upon the forE-going information,
arrears throu~h December 12, 1980, on current sup~-ort stand at $50.00
and old arrears have been reduced to $2,048.25. Respondent is hereby
instructed to continue payments of $50.00 per week current support
and $10.00 per week to be applied to arrears as out2ined in the
previous Order of this Court dated July 18, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
