Petitioner, CHOL HYON NAM~ hereby petitions for
the administration of the Estate of YUN SU NAM, deceased.
and hereby alleges as follows:
1. Petitioner, CHOL HYON NAM, whose address is
955 Keen Court, Lakeland, Florida 33805, is the natural father
of the decedent. The name and address of Petitioner's attorney
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, YUN SU NAM, whose last known address
was 1749 Lullaby Terrace, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie Covnty,
Florida, died on December 27, 1978, in Martin County, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this Estate, their addresses and relationships to the decedent,
and their dates of birth are:

natural father of the decedent and the natural mother has waived
priority and consentec~ to appointment.
