6, The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this Estate is a wrongful death claim, having an approximate
value in excess of $2~500.00.
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,
Petiti.oner is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of
the decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that he be appointed
Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent.
