Petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST, LUCIE COUNTY, by and through its
undersigned Trust Officer, alleges:
1, Petitioner was nominated as Personal Representative in the
last will of the decedent, FBANK J, biACKEY, Petitioner's name and
address are SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, P.O. Box 8, Fort Pierce,
Florida (33454), and the name and address of petitioner's attorney
are set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, FRANK J. MACKEY, whose last known address was
3508 Avenue F, Fort Pierce, FL (33450), and whose age was 73 years,
and w6ose social security number is 088-28-5238, died on December 2nd ,
1980 at Lawnwood Medical Center, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known; the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the age of
any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent

5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida Corporation, whose
address is P.O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, FL (33454), is authorized to act
as Personal Representative of the decedent's estate and is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because it was
nominated as personal representative in the last will and testament
of the decedent. . ~
