Certificates of Deposit and checking account;
Social Security benefits; valued in excess of $10,000.00.
?. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will~ dated July 15, 1980,
accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to probate-
and that it be appointed personal representative of the Florida estate
of the decedent . ~
