I~ FftANK J. ~lACKEY~ a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, being
~~f sound mind and memory, do hereby revoke any and all former Wills and Codicils
t»retofore made by me and do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
~~' i 11 and Testament .
FIRST: I direct that all my ~ust debts~ funeral expenses and costs
~
of administration be paid out of the principal of my estate. ~
SECOND: All of the rest of my estate, including property over which
I may have a power of appointment, I hereby give, devise and bequeath, and
a~~point to my Trustee, in trust, for the following purposes:
(1) My trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the
principal, shall collect the income therefrom and shall pay t6e net income
therefrom to my wife, ELIZABETH M. MACKEY. ~
(2) Ny trustee shall pay to my wife, ELIZABETH M. MACKEY, from
time to time such sums from principal as will, in the discretion of my trustee,
permit her to maintain the standard of living to which she was accustomed
during my lifetime.
THIRD: Upon the death of my wife, or in the event that she
~t~ould predecease me, then, and in either event, I direct my Personal Represen-
tative, hereinafter named, to dispose of my estate as follows:
(1) To my son, LAWRErCE P. ~SACKEY, of Hyde Park, New York, the
:~um of $50.00, to be his absolutely and forever.
(2) To my daughter, CAROLINE, of Boston, Massachusetts, the sum
~~i $50.00, to be hers absolutely and forever.
(3) To my grand-son, STEVEN MACKEY, the sum of $50.00, to be his

~~l~solutely and forever~and to my nephew, ROBERT L. STOUTENBURGH, the sum of $100.00
(4) All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be /
cii~~ided equally among my grand-children (with the exception of Steven b~ackey)
