FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint SUN BANK OF
5T. LUCIE COUNTY. or its successor , as Personal Representative and Trustee
under this Will and I direct that it shall not be required to furnish any bond
~~r other security for the faithful performance of its duties hereunder,
I authorize and empower my Personal Representative and my Trustee
tc~ hold and retain as investments of my estate all investments, securities
ar~d otner property, real and personal, which shall at the time of my death be
i~~cluded in my estate; to sell and dispose of, for the purpose of paying my
debts or making distribution, for any other purpose whatever, any or all of
such property, either at public or private sale, for such prices and on such
terms as my Personal Representative or Trustee shall see fit; to make, execute
<~nd deliver all assignments, transfers and other legal instrwaents either
necessary or convenient for pa.ssing the title and ownership thereto, freed and
clischarged of all trusts, without any liability on the purchaser to sell~the
~~pplication of the ~purchase money.
