~: allegations of the Petition are true; and this Court having
` jurisdiction, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JOHN W. HENRICKS, a resident
: of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on August 7, 1978, as a
; result of a plane crash in the vicinity of Great Inagua.
