shows:
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL respectfully
1. MAY D. FISHER died on July 18, 1978, leaving a Last
Will and Testament in which petitioners were named as co-Personal
Representatives; an authenticated.copy of said Will was admitted to
probate on March 15, 1979, and petitioners on that date qualified as
co-Personal Representatives; the petitioners deem it for the best
interest of the estate, and necessary to provide funds for cash be-
quests and Fayment of claims and expenses, that the following des-
cribed property of the estate be sold:
Lot 57, Block C, TROPICAL ACRES, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 20, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. Petitioners have entered into a contract for sale dated
October 20 , 1980, as to the above described property with
PATRICIA WEBB SMTTH for ~ao Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars
cash.
3. It will be to the best interest of the estate to sell
said property at private sale pursuant to the contract set out above.
Z~IiEREFORE, petitioners pray that an Order allowing them to
sell said property be entered, authorizing sale to be made at private
sale to the parties set out above for the amount and on ~~~.@~~.
