The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL, co-Personal
Representatives~of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, deceased, for leave
to sell certain property described in the petition coming on this
day to be heard; and it appearing to the court that it is to the
best interest of the estate that said property be sold at private '

sale to the parties and under the terms set out in said petition; ~

and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said PHILIP DESIND••and JULIA
SMALL, co-Personal Representatives~of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER,
be and they are hereby authoirzed to sell the following described
property at private sale:
Lot 57, Block C, TROPICAL ACRES, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 20, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to PATRICIA WEBB SMITH for Two Thousand
Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars cash.
This Order entered in Fort Pierce St. Lucie County, Florida
this 2 3 day of December, 1980.
