caa~cernecl. and having revie~ed the doc~a+ea~ts nithfn the probate file, it
is the fiiuii~ of this Court that the az~~t pro~erty coasists of furnish-
i~.s of the mobile home of a fair mar~+et value at tim~e of death of =250.40;
the balance of tl~e estate havin~ a fair narkret value of =13~780.14 at ti~e
of death, less valid claia~s a,Yainst the estate of ~1~731.76, now therefore
it is

I. The estate shall pay uito ANt~LINB P. ~ZSO, spozxse of
the dece3eut, as e~cetcpt property. =250.00, rapreseutinQ th~e fair market
value at time of death of decedes~t of the persanal furnishin,gs of dec~edent
in his mobile ha~e in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Estato of LIANIFL J. ~Z90, SR., shall pay to
ANG'ELI1~ P. ~ZSO ths su~ of s3,614.51, representinQ the spa~se's share of
the astate after dedi~ctian of all valid claims.
3. After paymCnt th~erefor, and receipt thereof, the ad-
sdnistratica of this estate sball p~a'.eed as if aN(~ p. ~EZSO had pse-
deceased LIANIEL J. tEZ90, SR.
