PETITION FOR DISCHARGS c ~

The undersigned, as ancillary pezsonal representative
of the above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Arnold Ferrell, a resident of
Waynesville, Haywood County, North Carolina, died on January 28,
1980, and ancillary letters of administration were issued to
petitioner on August 14, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting con-
taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the comanencement of ancillary administration~of this
estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered the ancillary
estate. There were no claims or debts and ail expenses of
administration have been paid.
4. No estate tax return was required to be filed with
the Internal Revenue Service, and a nontax certificate has
been obtained from the State of Florida Department of Revenue
and placed of record.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribu-
tion of the assets of the ancillary estate as set forth in
the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
6. The name and address of the only person having an
interest in this estate are:

7. Any objections to the report of receipts and dis-
bursements or the proposed distribution of,assets must be
filed within 30 days.
