The following is proposed as the schedule of distribu-
tion of assets in the Estate of Arnold Ferrel, Deceased:
On Hand Value
Purchase money first mortgage from James C.
Williams and Diane Williams, his wife, to
Ann A. Davis, as Ancillary Personal Repre-
sentative of the Estate of Arnold Ferrell,
Deceased, dated September 23, 1Q80, recorded
in O.R. Book 339, page 1571, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original
principal sum of - $35,000.00
Cash on hand in estate savings account 2,151.44
Total ~ $37,151.44
Both of the above assets to be distributed to:
Alice Mathews
P. O. Box 475
Clyde, NC 28721,
the sole beneficiary under the last will and testament of
the decedent.
Distribution of the purchase money mortgage will be =

by way of assignment from the ancillary personal representative ~
which will be duly recorded among the public records of St. ~
Lucie County, and the remaining funds will be paid by check.
