ORDER OF DISCHARGE
This proceeding was heard on the report of distribution
of the ancillary personal representative of the estate of
Arnold Ferrel, deceased, and the Court finding that the estate
has been properly distributed, that claims of creditors have
been paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the ancillary per-
sonal representative should be discharged, it is, therefore,
ADJUDGED that:
1. The report of distribution of the ancillary personal
representative is approved.
2. The ancillary personal representative is hereby
discharged.
3. The surety on the ancillary personal representative's
bond is released of further liability on it.
4. The ancilZary estate is declared to be fully adminis-
stered and is closed. ~
