This cause coming upon Plaintiff's Motion for the
Appointment of an Attorney Ad Litem and guardian Ad Litem for
defendants, and the court being fully advised in the premises,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JOSEPH J. DeROSS, JR., is
appointed attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem for the i
defendants, and he shall serve written defenses without service
of process on them.
Yt shall not be necessary for the attorney ad litem or
guardian ad litem to file a notice. The filing of an Answer or
other paper shall be an acceptance of this appointment and the
undertaking of this part to discharge faithfully the duties of
his office.
