THIS CAUSE came on for pretrial hearinq on the Court's
motion. Wherefore, it fs ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. This cause is set for jury trial as the first case
on January 5, 1981, before a twelve member jury.
2. Counsel will meet to examine their exhibits before
trial.
3. Requested jury instructions have previously been
subimitted to the Court.
4. The parties shall continue to explore settlement.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at St. Lucie County, Fort
