Re-Hearing filed in this cause, and upon no Motion for Re-Hearing
having been filed, and upon the argument of counsel, the argument
of the plaintiff, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the oral motion for re-hearing of
the Motion to Withdraw of Attorney Walter M. Meginniss is denied.
The prior order allowing Attorney Walter M. Meginniss to withdraw
as counsel for the plaintiff in this cause is reaffirmed.
