ORDER
This cause coming to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion to
authorize sale of two 1979 Cadillacs, argument of counsel having been
heard and the Court being advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that within seven (7) days of the
date of this Order, the Receiver be and he hereby is authorized and
Defendants, HAZEN KREIS and RAYMOND LOVEDAY, are required to turn over~~
to the Receiver, tWO (2) 1979 Cadillacs bearing serial # 6S69N99488200 and
6S69N99485663; the Receiver is authorized to take steps within his dis-
cretion to sell said vehicles relieving further liability on the notes
due the American Bank of Martin County.
I DONE AND ORDERED IN Chambers, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
