THIS CAUSE havinq come on before me on the Defendant's
motion for continuance and motion to.dismiss/strike, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's motion for con-
tinuance is granted and trial of this cause will be set
upon notice by either party; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's motion to strike
the prayer for loss of credit standing is granted; it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's motion to dismiss
is denied. Defendant shall have twenty (20) days within
which to file its answer.
