Complaint and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that motion for leave to amend Count
II of the Amended Third Party Complaint is granted and Third •

the Amended Third Party Complaint and Third Party Defendants
shall have ten (10) days thereafter to answer the Amended Third
Party Complaint.
