ORDER
THIS CAOSE having come on to be heard upon the Motion
For More Definite Statement having been filed by the Defendants,
FRANCAVILLA, and the Court having considered the Motion and having
heard arguments of counsel, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion For More Definite
Statement is hereby granted, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that counsel for the Defendants,
FRANCAVILLA, shall have ten days within which to file his Answer
to the crossclaim herein filed by the Defendants, BARLOW. Said
ten day period shall begin running upon receipt of the information
requested in the Motion For More Definite Statement as herein ordered
by this Court.
