military service of the United States, or are incompetent, or
whether any of said Defendants are minors; and it further appearing
to the Court that the appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Attorney
Ad Litem and Administrator Ad Litem is necessary in this cause;
it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROBERT C. HACKEY, ESQ.
an attorney learned in the law, and is hereby appointed Guardian
Ad Litem, Attorney Ad Litem and Administrator Ad Litem for the
named Defendants and for all unknown Defendants claiming interest
by, through, under or against the said named Defendants, and for
all unknown Defendants having or claiming to have any right, title
or interest in the property described as follows:
