4. The Plaintiffs have a lien to secure the payment of the
above itemized sums against the following described property in
St. Lucie County. Florida:
The South 100 feet of the North 410 feet of the
South 731.1 feet of that part of the NE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, lying East of U. S. ~1 and the South 30 feet
of the West 175 feet of the North 310 feet of the
South 731.1 feet of that part of the NE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, lying East of U. S. ~1, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. That this Judgment does not adj udicate or determine the
rights of the parties relating to the Counterclaim of the Defendant
TWO & THREE COMPANY against the Plaintiffs herein, nor the prior-
ities of the other Defendants to this action.
